Account & Data Deletion

You can delete your CREO account and personal data at any time. This page explains how, and also serves as the Data Deletion instructions required for Meta integrations.

How to delete your account

• Send a request from the email your account is registered with to support@creo.ua with the subject "Account deletion".
• We will verify the request (to protect you from deletion by a third party) and complete it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• your profile (name, email, phone, avatar);
• learning activity: enrollments, progress, homework, conversations, points;
• external service links (Google sign-in, Telegram notification bot, Meta integrations).

What we must retain

Financial payment records (without card details) are retained for up to 3 years as required by Ukrainian tax law. Issued certificates may be kept in anonymised form to allow authenticity verification.

Facebook / Instagram data

If you connected Meta integrations (login or chatbots), deleting your account also deletes the data received from Meta (identifiers, tokens). You can additionally revoke access in your Facebook/Instagram settings (Settings → Apps and Websites), which automatically removes our access to your Meta data.
