Terms of Service

These Terms constitute a public offer of CREO (the "Platform", "we") under Articles 633 and 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine. By creating an account, paying for a course or plan, or using the Platform, you accept these Terms in full.

1. The Platform

CREO is an AI-first online learning platform: (a) for students — access to courses, lessons, homework, certificates and gamification; (b) for client schools — a SaaS service to run their own online school (courses, students, sales, marketing, chatbots) on a subscription plan.

2. Accounts

  • A valid email is required. You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
  • Account information must be accurate. One account — one person.
  • We may suspend an account for violations of these Terms, abuse, or threats to the security of other users.

3. Payments

  • Prices are listed in UAH (₴) and include taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by WayForPay and monobank; we do not store card details.
  • Access to a course/plan opens after the payment is confirmed by the payment provider.
  • School subscriptions renew for the paid period; non-payment suspends paid features (school data is retained per the Privacy Policy).
  • Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable Ukrainian law. Send refund requests to support@creo.ua; each case is reviewed individually within 10 business days.

4. Intellectual property

  • CREO course content (videos, texts, assignments, design) is protected by copyright. Access is granted for personal learning; copying, sharing, reselling or publishing the content is prohibited.
  • Content uploaded by a client school belongs to that school; the school warrants it holds the necessary rights.
  • Your homework submissions belong to you; you grant the school the right to review them for feedback.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • share account or course access with third parties;
  • upload unlawful, offensive or harmful content;
  • interfere with the Platform, bypass technical restrictions, or probe for vulnerabilities without permission;
  • use the Platform for spam or fraud.

6. AI features

The Platform includes AI-powered features (content generation, AI assistants). AI output may contain inaccuracies — you use it at your own discretion and are responsible for its final application. Plan AI credits have no monetary value and are non-refundable.

7. Liability

The Platform is provided "as is". We make reasonable efforts to keep it available (maintenance is announced) but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months. Learning outcomes depend on your effort — we do not guarantee employment or income.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time (see Data Deletion). We may discontinue the service with at least 30 days' notice; in that case the unused portion of a subscription is refunded.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes are resolved by negotiation and, failing that, in court under Ukrainian law.
